You Asked...We Listened!  Introducing Bill Pay 2.0!

Frandsen Bank & Trust is excited to announce the arrival of our new and improved personal and business Bill Pay.  Some of the new features are detailed below.

• Schedule payments by the due date.  Enter the date you would like your vendor to receive your payment and we take care of getting there on time!
• e-Bills.  An electronic bill (e-bill) is like the paper statement you receive each month, now in an electronic format for online viewing.
• PopMoney.  A fast and secure online personal payment service that lets you send money to the personal bank account of others.
• Guaranteed Payments.  Every payment you make is guaranteed to get to its destination.

For Personal Online Banking Customers

If you are already a Bill Pay customer, simply sign into Personal Online Banking, click on Bill Pay, and you will be taken to the new and improved payment center.  We've also added a handy quick-access widget on your account list page that will allow you to select a payee and submit a payment without ever leaving the page.

If you are not a Bill Pay user and would like to enroll, sign into Personal Online Banking and click the Bill Pay button and you will be taken through the enrollment process.  Please be aware there is a $4.95 non-usage fee.  As long as you continue to make at least one payment per month, the service will remain free, however, the $4.95 non-usage fee will be assessed if you are enrolled and not using the service.

For Business Online Banking Customers

If you are already a Bill Pay customer, sign into Business Online Banking, click on Management Tools, and click on Bill Payments.  If you do not see the link, you may need to contact us at 1.800.552.2657 and we will help make the necessary adjustments.  In the past, Bill Pay required a separate sign-on, but with Bill Pay 2.0, your Bill Pay access is integrated with your Business Online Banking sign-on.
